Following governments’ laws and guidelines on Covid – 19, the record of your personal data is required for track and trace purposes with respect to the GDPR (General Data Personal Regulations).

The use of mask is mandatory in all areas of the hotel.

Hand sanitizers can be found in all public spaces.

Hotel information is provided, posters, QR code, with the basic health guidelines and protocols to implement as well as instructions on compliance measures and protect your health.

We inform you that people outside of the hotel are not allowed to visit your rooms. The same applies to public areas of the hotel, unless official hotel information is available.

All hotel’s departments are operating under the current legislation and the guidance of the Greek Ministry of Health and Ministry of Tourism.

Check in is contactless with one of the following ways:

• Prior to arrival, by using the link that it is sent to your private e-mail. You can find it also in the hotel website.
• Upon arrival using the tablets provided in the lobby area

Should you have any questions or difficulties in completing the process, our Reception team will be available to assist you.

Upon your arrival kindly maintain the social distancing of 1 ½ meters while navigating on the outdoors or 2 meters in the lobby area.

Body temperature is taken at the main entrance.

• Hand sanitizer is available at the reception areas, as in every other public space of the hotel.

• Option for advance bill preparation and check out to minimize contact.

• Rooms are meticulously cleaned and sanitised. Adequate natural ventilation of the space is ensured.
• Cleaning and changing sheets, pillows and towels in your room is done twice a week and only when you are out of the room. All the necessary hygiene measures and PPE are taken. More frequent cleaning is carried out with all the measures, only at your request in the reception.
• Cleaning staff use mask and gloves.
• In the rooms, objects and decorations have been removed as part of the covid-19 transmission prevention measures.

• Our beautiful beach, successfully participates in the "Blue Flag" program for its cleanliness and environmental protection, as well as for the crystal clear sea in front of the hotel.
• The formation of sunbeds and umbrellas is following the social distancing regulations.
• When the customer leaves, the deck chair and all other items that the next customer will use are disinfected.
• Associates are wearing mask and follow all the health and safety guidelines.
