We are located 25km from Rhodes Town and 25km from well-known Lindos. Explore Rhodes, the biggest of a complex of the 12 Dodecanese islands.

Rooms are meticulously cleaned. Adequate natural ventilation of the space is ensured.

Following governments’ laws, the record of your personal data is required with respect to the GDPR (General Data Personal Regulations).

You will find via QR code the basic informations about the Hotel.

All hotel’s departments are operating under the current legislation and the guidance of the Greek Ministry of Health and Ministry of Tourism.

Access to hotel rooms is not permitted to non- residents. The same applies to the public spaces and outdoor spaces. Should expecting any visitors, kindly first liaise with the Reception.

The hotel keeps the right to make any appropriate changes, ensuring the safety and health of the customers and the staff.

At the Reception

• The reception area has been organised to adhere to social distancing measures, by providing the adequate signage to ensure maximum safety and minimum waiting time.
• Contactless payments are available and encouraged by the hotel
• Frequent disinfection of all reception surfaces

Departure

• Option for advance bill preparation and check out to minimize contact
• Express check out box for room keys is available at the reception area
• Should availability allows, you can extend the check-out time till your departure (additional fees apply). Please contact the reception for information.
• Contactless payments are available and encouraged by the hotel

In Your Room

• During cleaning, the room is well ventilated.
• The TV and air conditioning controls are cleaned in each cleaning of the room by housekeeping.

Shared Toilets

• There are markings inside the toilets to limit the transmission through aerosols and there are also instructions for the proper use of the toilet. Caution! the lid of the basin should be closed when using the cistern.
• At the entrance to the toilet you will find antiseptic solution for the hands.
• Regular cleaning and disinfection of all areas and surfaces, according to the cleaning schedule.

Kitchen

• Operating under strict HACCP rules
• Social distancing is in place in the kitchen following the designated protocols
• Access to the kitchen is strictly restricted to anyone not on duty

Restaurant

• During breakfast, you can take your coffee/ tea/ water at the designated area

• During Lunch and Dinner drinks are ordered and served at your table

• Menus are available in electronic form

• The tables are cleaned after each guest.
• At the end of each services or areas and surfaces are deep cleaned and disinfected.
• The restaurant are will be not accessible out of the hours of operation.

• Snacks as part of ‘All – Inclusive’ will be provided in the restaurant at a designated area and will be served from 11:00 to 12:00 and 15:30 – 16:30 everyday

• Pool and water maintenance and checks are taking place regularly by designated associates or contractors, following all health and safety guidelines

Served from 07:00 until 10:15 in “Sunrise Restaurant” in buffet style.

Lunch

Served from 12:00 until 14:00 in “Sunrise Restaurant” in buffet style.

Dinner

Served from 18:00 until 21:00 in “Sunrise Restaurant” in buffet style.

Snacks at Restaurant

At “Sunrise Restaurant” you can find a wide variety of Snacks. Open from 11:00 to 12:00 and from 15:30 to 16:30.

Pool Bar

From 09:30 to 17:00 a variety of hot & cold beverages, cocktails, long drinks and ice creams are offered.

Main Bar

“Aquarium Bar” is open from 16:30 to 24:00. There is a variety of hot & cold beverages, cocktails and long drinks. All inclusive programm is till 23:00.

Entertainment Shows

Daily animation activities and shows from 20:00 to 23:00 from our Animation Team.

Greek Night

Every Wednesday from 18:00 until late. Greek style buffet and after your dinner, live music by Greek band and local folk dancing show.

Mini Market

Open from 08:00-23:00, with everything you may need in excellent prices.

Beauty Saloon

At your service every day (except Sundays) from 14:00 to 18:00

Chapel

Saint Irene’s Chapel is situated at the parking area.

We would like to inform you that if you want to visit the Hotel’s Chapel, Saint Irene please ask the reception for the keys. You can visit it and pray. Then please lock up and return the keys to the reception.

Birthday & Anniversary Cakes

The Hotel Restaurant Manager has delightful suggestions for a birthday cake, table decoration or any other requirement of you for a special celebration!

We are at your disposal for any inquiry.

Tennis & Mini Golf

Available for free. Equipment for the Tennis and Mini Golf court available at the reception. Tennis Lights: extra charge €3,00 per hour.

Table Tennis

Available for free. Take your equipment from the Reception.

Pool Table

Available for €2,00 per game.

Animation Activities

For our Animation Activities Program, check the Entertainment Board, every day.

Day Use on Departure Day

If you wish to stay in your room on your departure day beyond 11:00, please contact the Reception.

Beach

Sunbeds on the beach are available with an extra charge of 15€ for one umbrella and two sunbeds.

Beach Mattresses

Mattresses for the beach or the garden are provided by the Reception with a charge of € 5,00 per week. Υou can keep it in your room. Οn departure you simply leave them in your room.

Beach Towels

Beach towels are provided by the Reception for € 5,00 per week. Υou can change the towel and get a fresh one once a week. There is also € 5,00 deposit.

Safety Boxes are available and free.

To program your Personal Identification Number (PIN) – 3 to 8 Digits:

1. Press the red button on the inside of the door near the hinges. 2. Now select your PIN digit and press the letter “B” to confirm you PIN. A beep will sound for each key pressed. After the letter “B” is pressed, a green light goes to indicate your success. Be sure to write down this code immediately, so you do not forget.

To Operate Safe:

1. To open the safe: Input your own PIN (the number you have selected) then press the letter “B”. Turn handle clockwise and the safe will open. 2. After entering your PIN, you have 5 seconds to turn the knob before the mechanism relocks. If it relocks, please enter your PIN again. Don’t forget to press the letter “B” after entering your PIN.

To make a local call or a call abroad dial number 8 and after dial directly your number,preceded of course by the country and county codes.

To call another room just dial the number of the room. If it is three numbers please dial 3 first.

AUTOMATIC WAKE UP: Lift your handset, dial number 7 the hour ( 24 hour’s time ) and the minute you want. For example: If you want to wake up 05.30 in the morning dial 7 05 30. For example: If you want to wake up 05.30 in the morning dial 7 05 30. If you want to wake up 17.30 in the afternoon dial 7 17 30.
