The Anthony Quinn\u2019s Bay is located about 10 kilometers from the Irene Palace Beach Resort. It is a splendid small beach of sand and gravel characterized by a narrow irregular and jagged coastline, set between hills covered with greenery and dotted towards the shore by several rocks that also enter the sea. The beach is famous as some scenes of the movie I Cannoni di Navarone with Anthony Quinn were filmed there. The sea is beautiful, turquoise, crystalline and of an extraordinary transparency, with mostly sandy and shallow bottoms, ideal for swimming, bathing and snorkeling.
