We share with you the following answers and feelings of the employees at Irene Palace. <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><figcaption> This is our culture <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\">Reception<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Filimon: Communicating with customers from different countries helps us understand how many things unite us<\/li><li>Anastasia: Working in the tourism industry helps you to learn the world and the people<\/li><li>Nina: Tourism for me means socialization, as it brings us in contact with people from different parts of the world, as well different cultures, civilizations and ways of thinking<\/li><li>Christina: Tourism is my job and allows me to &#8220;travel&#8221; to other destinations, to learn cultures and people, to see landscapes and to learn things without leaving my place<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Restaurant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Anthoula: I&#8217;m so happy when old customers visit us every year and greet me by calling me &#8220;Anthoula&#8221;<\/li><li>IRINI: I&#8217;m so happy when customers ask me words in Greek and we teach them words like euxaristo (thank you) and parakalo (you&#8217;re welcome). They teach me words in their language and we have a wonderful two-way communication<\/li><li>George: I&#8217;m so happy when I see customers smiling at the hotel. It gives me strength for even better service<\/li><li>Tsambika: I&#8217;m so happy when parents of young children thank us because we play with their children and take care of them. They are happy for the interest we show them<\/li><li>Michalis: I&#8217;m so happy when my customers give me their hand and thank me for the wonderful holidays they spent at our hotel<\/li><li>Diomidis: I&#8217;m so happy when we serve customers with specific needs and we try to make their vacation comfortable and enjoyable<\/li><li>Vaso: When I smile, I receive smiles back to me from our lovely customers. When I offer love, I receive innumerable love, especially when they tell me with emotion in their eyes how happy they were from their vacation, This moment is invaluable for me<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Housekeeping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Maria: Although the COVID-19 keeps us this year at some distance from our guests, our love for service and our smile through the masks is visible in our eyes<\/li><li>Argyro: The link that unites us with the visitors gives us life. Our desire is to continue offering them our services and our love<\/li><li>Andreas: Tourism is our life. We say a big &#8220;thank you&#8221; to the people who do us the honor of visiting us<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kitchen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Manolis: Tourism is exchange of cultures and tastes<\/li><li>Nikos: Taste has its own memory. With our food and our local products we teach our visitors about the culture and tradition of Rhodes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Christos: Tourism is a philosophy according to which service and human come first.
