- Filimon: Communicating with customers from different countries helps us understand how many things unite us
- Anastasia: Working in the tourism industry helps you to learn the world and the people
- Nina: Tourism for me means socialization, as it brings us in contact with people from different parts of the world, as well different cultures, civilizations and ways of thinking
- Christina: Tourism is my job and allows me to “travel” to other destinations, to learn cultures and people, to see landscapes and to learn things without leaving my place
Restaurant
- Anthoula: I’m so happy when old customers visit us every year and greet me by calling me “Anthoula”
- IRINI: I’m so happy when customers ask me words in Greek and we teach them words like euxaristo (thank you) and parakalo (you’re welcome). They teach me words in their language and we have a wonderful two-way communication
- George: I’m so happy when I see customers smiling at the hotel. It gives me strength for even better service
- Tsambika: I’m so happy when parents of young children thank us because we play with their children and take care of them. They are happy for the interest we show them

- Maria: Although the COVID-19 keeps us this year at some distance from our guests, our love for service and our smile through the masks is visible in our eyes
