The sea is very beautiful, blue and turquoise, clear, crystalline and with sandy and sloping bottoms, ideal for swimming, bathing and snorkeling near the cliff situated at the edge of a sandy shore. The Anthony Quinn’s Bay is located about 10 kilometers from the Irene Palace Beach Resort. It is a splendid small beach of sand and gravel characterized by a narrow irregular and jagged coastline, set between hills covered with greenery and dotted towards the shore by several rocks that also enter the sea. The beach is famous as some scenes of the movie I Cannoni di Navarone with Anthony Quinn were filmed there. The sea is beautiful, turquoise, crystalline and of an extraordinary transparency, with mostly sandy and shallow bottoms, ideal for swimming, bathing and snorkeling. The Agathi Beach is located about 15 kilometers southeast of the Irene Palace Beach Resort. It is a beautiful beach of soft golden sand, set inside a picturesque inlet surrounded by a wild and mountainous landscape. Nearby are the beach of Haraki and the beautiful medieval castle of Feraklos. The sea is very beautiful, blue and turquoise, clear, crystalline and with sandy and sloping bottoms, ideal for swimming and bathing. Saint Paul’s Bay is located about 25 kilometers southeast of the Irene Palace Beach Resort. It is nestled within the small bay of Saint Paul, just a short walk from the center of Lindos village. It is a beautiful beach of soft golden sand surrounded by rocky and bare headlands, which give it a wild charm. The sea is beautiful, of an intense turquoise, crystalline and transparent, with sandy and sloping bottoms, ideal for swimming and snorkeling near the rocks that delimit the sandy shore.
